Ages: Junior High, High School

Max Performance: Athletes that train with Fit2Live are strong, powerful, quick, confident, and possess great body control. Many top high school and collegiate athletes are physically developed at Fit2Live. Schedule

Team Training: Often times the team that is stronger, and more fit is the team that wins. We can help coaches organize, structure and systemize their training program into yearly plans.

Speed, Agility, Quickness Camps (SAQ): Area Athletes will have the opportunity to learn how to increase their strength, power, speed, agility, and quickness. All physical abilities are skills that can be taught and attained, increasing athleticism. Fit2Live coaches will teach and train how to better each skill all in one weekend!

Ages: 10-12 Years

Fit Kids: Fit2Live expertly works with children to provide fun and functional workouts designed around play and learning. It is during these stages of development, that it is optimal for kids to engage in activities that better fitness, increase confidence, and ingrain proper movement patterns, which will decrease the risk of injury.
