The Workout: 60 minute heart-pumping mix of resistance exercises and cardio-respiratory training. Each workout combines a variety of body weight movements, light resistance exercises, and cardio conditioning. Participants train at their intensity, alongside expert fitness coaches.

- Pre and Post Assessments (Body Composition, Measurements, Weight, BMR)
- Nutritional Guidance (Optional Grocery Shopping Night, Informative Nutritional Packet, Weekly Nutrition Focuses)
