Fit Kids
There is no better time to begin preparing a youth athlete for optimal movement than at a young age. Between the critical ages of 6 and 14, their future development can be maximized by participating in a training program. With all emphasis on fun, form, and function, the youth athlete will learn team work and coordination through relays and simple games. As well as systematically learning proper running, lifting, and jumping techniques.
Ages 6-9
Fit2Live will teach movement skills through situations and games using guided discovery.
Teamwork and cooperation through relays and simple games.
