Fit Kids: Fit2Live expertly works with children to provide fun and functional workouts designed around play and learning. It is during these stages of development, that it is optimal for kids to engage in activities that better fitness, increase confidence, and engrain proper movement patterns, which will decrease the risk of injury. Schedule

Kids Fitness Camps:
This fun 2 day camp is held every 2nd weekend, beginning in November. 45 minutes of activity emphasizing coordination and proper movement technique through situations and games. All workouts are age specific and uniquely designed to fit their respective needs. Fit Kids Classes are instructed by expert youth fitness coaches.
