Fitness Level - Beginner
The ultimate fitness program for guys looking to: increase strength, shed body fat, and increase stamina in everyday activities.
The Workout: 45 minute iron circuit conditioning to build strength and reduce body fat. These sessions are designed to rid pain through proper training technique, giving you a foundation to build ultimate strength. Participants will cycle through the daily workouts unique challenges, while training at their intensity, alongside expert fitness coaches.
Highlights include:
- Pre and Post Assessments (Body Composition, Measurements, Weight, Resting Heart Rate, and Blood Pressure)
- Functional Movement Screen. Get rid of pain, weaknesses, and decrease risk of injury, by ingraining proper movement patterns.
- Nutritional Guidance (Optional Grocery Shopping Nights, Informative Nutritional Packet, Weekly Nutrition Focuses, and Weekly Weigh-ins)
- Work harder alongside a team of like-minded participants.
