Junior High/High School

Athletes that train with Fit2Live are strong, powerful, quick, confident, and possess great body control. Many top high school and collegiate athletes are physically developed at Fit2Live.

The Program: 60-90 minutes workouts designed to attain short-term and long-term performance goals. Our motto Before you can be a champion you must first become an athlete. Increased athleticism is due to better movement coordination or improved muscular functioning. At Fit2Live we emphasize both. All workouts incorporate proper movement mechanics, as well as strength and power development to maximize performance and decrease the risk of injury. Athlete training at Fit2Live is conducted by highly experienced and educated Physical Preparation Coaches.

Highlights include:
- Progressive Training Model to appropriately develop athleticism in novice and experienced athletes.
- Performance Testing to track and measure athletes power, strength, and stamina.
- Athlete Annual Objective with bi-yearly athlete and parent meetings to evaluate their progress.
- Low coach to athlete ratio to maximize effectiveness of program and safety in performance rooms.
