We take pride in developing athletes and desire to help them be their best. The athletes we develop are strong, quick, and move efficiently. It is not by chance an athlete experiences improvement, but instead by a systematic approach. The purpose of our programs, are to greatly improve athletic performance and decrease injury. Each program is specific to the athlete and their sports. These programs are for the serious athlete, who wants to become faster, stronger, more powerful and more agile. Whether it is an athlete trying to earn a college scholarship, a position on the team, or an individual who is trying to improve, we WILL increase athletic performance.

Programs Include:

1. Performance Assessment – a proactive approach to injury prevention (with video analysis)

2. Mobility/Flexibility - a series of movements for a pain-free life

3. Strength Training Regimen – strength and explosive movements to increase your ability to produce force

4. Energy System Development – a systematic approach to increase your speed, and agility performance in a sport-specific fashion

For younger athletes, with exposure to appropriate movement skills they quickly become better athletes in their latter years. With an emphasis on form and technique, the athlete systematically learns the proper running, lifting and jumping techniques leading to proper neuromuscular recruitment patterns and an overall decrease in injury. Along with learning the appropriate mechanics, youth athletes have the opportunity to train alongside some of the best athletes and coaches in the area.
