How has Fit 2 Live helped you in your overall health?
I am an older adult. For the past 25 years I have run/jogged and/or participated in structured exercise classes at YMCA’s or health clubs to stay physically active. As a result my weight stayed constant and my energy level and health were good. But I always felt like something was missing.
I am convinced that Fit2Live’s Crossfit training is unequivocally the best general training choice for anyone at any age. Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Yes. Quite simply, it produces results. Since joining last year all my functional movements are stronger, my stamina has improved and I have lost weight.
