Athletes will have the opportunity to learn how to increase their strength, power, speed, agility, and quickness. All physical abilities are skills that can be taught and attained, ultimately increasing athleticism. Fit2Live coaches will teach you how to better each skill!

The Program: 45-60 minutes training sessions designed to teach you how to increase your speed, agility, and quickness. Our motto Before you can be a champion you must first become an athlete. Increased athleticism is due to better movement coordination or improved muscular functioning. At Fit2Live we emphasize both. Athlete training at Fit2Live is conducted by highly experienced and educated Physical Preparation Coaches.

Highlights include:
- Participants will be shown correct technique on a variety of common lifting exercises used at Fit2Live.
- Basic movement skills, and agility-based activities will be emphasized. Learn to run, jump, and land correctly as well as accelerate and decelerate correctly.Participants will learn how to become better athletes.
