The ultimate fitness program for any woman looking to: shed body fat, improve strength, and increase stamina in everyday activities. On average, members are losing 7 inches during this 4 week program

The Workout: 45 minute assault on your problem areas. Body-blasting sessions are designed specifically with the female body in mind. Each workout, participants learn proper exercise technique, while training at their intensity, alongside expert fitness coaches.

Highlights include:
- Pre and Post Assessments (Body Composition, Measurements, Weight, BMR)
- Nutritional Guidance (Informative Nutritional Packet, Weekly Nutrition Focuses)
- Be inspired exercising alongside like-minded women.
