The Workout: 45 minute assault on your problem areas. Body-blasting sessions are designed specifically with the female body in mind. Each workout, participants learn proper exercise technique, while training at their intensity, alongside expert fitness coaches.
Highlights include:
- Pre and Post Assessments (Body Composition, Measurements, Weight, BMR)
- Nutritional Guidance (Optional Grocery Shopping Nights, Informative Nutritional Packet, Weekly Nutrition Focuses)
